I use the erg for 30 minutes daily. About 3 years ago I was getting monthly jumps in split time for a near constant effort. A graph of 6 of these episodes shown to my doctor led to 5x bypass a month later. 9 partial and 2 full blockages. Thank you erg, for highlighting the problem. After 3 weeks I was back doing the daily ergs, with a gentle split( 3.05). After about 4 months I was back at the original split. Still doing the daily ergs, at 2.07 split. I'm 71. Have fun!
